Prorich is an electric motor factory founded in 2003, we focus on R&D and manufacturing of DC Motors and Gear Motors. There are 100+ different series of motors in our company, with diameter range from 6 mm to 60 mm, which are widely used for Automotive, Home Appliances, Personal Care, Medical Equipment, Power Tools and Model Toys. Through years of effort, we have built up a strong and solid relationship with many clients from different industries. We are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certificated factory, the defective rate of our motors no more than 3000 PPM (Parts per Million)

DC Motors

More than 40 different series type for option. Miniature size and light weight, high speed with low noise. Both precious metal brush and carbon brush are available

Gear Motors

DC Motors with Gearbox. High torque low speed. Spur gear motors and planetary gear motors are available, various in motor shape, gearbox materials and gear reduction ratio.

Vibration Motors

DC Motors attached with counter weight on output shaft. Strong sense of vibration. Brass, SECC, Tungsten Alloys are optional for vibrator material.

Brushless Motors

Endurable, low noise, flexibly adjust the speed, direction of rotation and brake by the built-in controller, available to use for replacement of brushed DC Motors.

What kind of motor do you produce?

We currently produce Brushed DC Motors, Vibration Motors, Coreless DC Motors, Spur Gear Motors, Planetary Gear Motors and Brushless DC Motors, diameter range from 6 mm to 60 mm

What information should I provide to you when I am looking for a DC Motor?

Please provide motor dimensions (motor diameter, body length, shaft diameter & length) and electric parameters (rated voltage, no-load speed & stall torque or on-load speed & on-load torque), if you have the motor picture, datasheet or exist samples, that woud be good. The more information the better.

What is the cost of a sample(s)?

For low cost small DC motors and request sample quantity no more than 5pcs, we can provide samples for free charge but freight cost paid by customer, if the clients can provide courier account or arrange courier to collect samples from our company, that will be also okay for us. For big DC motors or Gear motors, we have to pay much time and energy to prepare samples, so we’ll charge sample cost, but the sample cost can be re-funded after you place the first order.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Due to the custom nature of our products, the minimum order quantity is generally 1000 pieces for gear motors and 5000 pieces for DC motors, but we can support your business to accept small order for prototype testing or pilot production, please contact our sales for detailed.

Do you have double shaft motors?

Yes, for most of our motors, we can make the rear shaft extended from end cap side, please let us know which motor you are interested and then we will evaluate if possible to make double shaft.

Can you provide motors with gears, worms, flux ring, cables and connectors attached?

Yes please provide your detailed requirements, we can arrange assembly in our factory and deliver the whole set for your convenience.

How soon will you give reply after received my RFQ?

We will provide fast response within 24 hours, even sooner.

I am developing a new product, can I get a sample for testing?

Yes, samples are typically made available for a customer’s evaluation and approval prior to accepting a production order.

What is the lead-time for samples?

Sample lead-time varies depending on the level of customization, however most samples can be delivered within 2 weeks.

What is the lead-time for a production order?

The lead-time does vary depending on the complexity of the motor, generally, it is about 3-4 weeks after order confirmed.

Is it possible to make modification on motor shaft?

It depends. Normally the shaft diameter is fixed, we can make the shaft diameter to smaller but not bigger, however, the shaft length is adjustable according to your requirement, and we can provide flexible shaft shape like knurling, D-shape, screw, dowel pin, etc.

What is the difference between metal brush motor and carbon brush motor?

Metal brushes are typically used for small dc motors or big motos but speed lower than 8000rpm, the most advantage is very low noise, if you have strict requirement on noise level, metal brush is one of the options, while the carbon brushes are mostly used for bigger motors and speed higher than 10000rpm, the lifetime of carbon brushes are longer since it will reduce the wear and tear with commutator, if you are looking for a long lifetime motor, carbon brush is a good option.
